Discover the magic of Seventeen Seventy on a two hour and 30 minute guided sunset kayak tour, gliding across the calm, protected waters of Round Hill Creek as the sky turns to gold. Setting off from the foreshore after a friendly safety briefing and a few paddling tips, you will make your way through the waterways of the Sir Joseph Banks Conservation area with an experienced local guide leading the way.
Keep your eyes peeled for dolphins, turtles and an array of birdlife, and listen in as your guide shares stories about the region's history, flora and fauna. Paddle past Captain Cook's landing point, pause at a secluded beach or sandbar, and tuck into complimentary snacks and drinks as the sun melts over Bustard Bay. With double kayaks, a relaxed pace and no experience needed, this easygoing adventure suits couples, families and nature lovers alike. It is a beautiful way to end the day on the Southern Great Barrier Reef coast.

- Suitable for participants aged 12 years and over
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, with one adult per child in a double kayak unless approved by the experience provider in advance
- Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian signature on the waiver
- A waiver must be signed before departure
- Maximum weight is 120kg per paddler and 190kg combined for a double kayak
- A moderate fitness level is recommended
- Participants over 55 or with back, shoulder or hip concerns should contact the experience provider before booking
- Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs cannot join the tour and will not be refunded if refused participation
- Maximum of 12 paddlers per tour
- Tours may be subject to change due to weather conditions or participant numbers
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in forfeiture of your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
