The tour was simple

The tour was simple, driving to another place with commentary. Yet the tour guide was so new and could not give us detailed information about the places, always referring to some note cards, monotone (I have never fallen asleep in a tour) and she even forgot to pick up two guests from other hotel. I would have chosen to take a plane, much quicker and nice aviation view instead.

This was actually a highlight of our trip

This was actually a highlight of our trip. We thought it was just a transfer but actually, it could be classed as a tour. Our driver was so informative all the way from Alice Springs to Uluru, we learnt so much about what was going on in the desert that we were passing. The stops were really interesting too, a camel farm for an optional quick camel ride. A stop at Erldunda roadhouse which is known as the centre of the centre. And finally a lookout stop and then a prompt arrival at Ayers Rock Resort just after 1 pm.
