What you need to know
- 45-minute guided experience
- 15-minutes in an interactive zone
- One haka experience on a four-metre high screen
- This experience has regular departures between 10am and 4pm, 7 days a week
- Please allow 60-90 minutes for the full experience
- This experience departs from Level 4, 88 Federal Street in the SkyCity Precinct
- Please wear flat soled casual shoes or trainers
- Children under five years are free of charge
- Children tickets can only be bought in conjunction with an adult ticket
- Photography and video are prohibited during the guided All Blacks Experience. You are welcome to take photos and video in the “Step Up” and retail areas
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
