- Departure daily at various times, except Christmas day
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to departure
- This ride is 40 minutes in duration.
- The ferry departs from Pier 13/14 Downtown Ferry Terminal, 139 Quay Street Auckland, Auckland 1010.
- Leaving the island from Pier 3 Matiatia Ferry Terminal, Waiheke Island, Auckland 1081.
- Customers must travel on the time and date that has been booked and is displayed on their ticket
- Boarding opens 20 minutes before departure
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience.
