- This experience is located on level 5 at 88 Federal St, Auckland (opposite the Sky Tower). Take the entry-level spaceship, or elevator up to Level 5
- Infants aged five years and under are free of charge
- Photography is welcomed, but videography is not allowed
- Wētā Workshop Unleashed is located on level 5 at 88 Federal St, Auckland (opposite the Sky Tower)
- Find us on Google Maps. We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booked time - there is lots to explore on the 5th floor
- We are a quick 10-minute walk from Britomart, Auckland’s central bus and train station, and the Intercity bus terminal is right on our doorstep. For public transport, please refer to the AT website
- Auckland Explore Bus: You can also jump on the Auckland Explore Bus, where you can hop on and hop-off at some of the city's biggest attractions, including Wētā Workshop Unleashed, as part of the available pass. Check out their website here for details
- Carparking is available at the SkyCity Main Site. This is Auckland's biggest car park, boasting 1,960 parks accessible from three entries, full-time security and surveillance, and well-lit maintained facilities

- Please allow up to 48 hours for a response. If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, there is no refund available.
- If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, we will refund 50% of the total booking price.
- If a tour is cancelled by Weta Workshop, we can reschedule your tour to another day that suits you or offer a full refund.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
