Over the course of 25 minutes, you'll soar over two of Australia's most iconic natural landmarks with expansive views provided by the helicopter's wide "bubble" windows - be sure to bring your camera along for the ride as this vantage point of both the vivid red rocks is truly unmatched. Scenic flights provide the chance to view much of Kata Tjuta which is inaccessible by foot or ground tour, and the massive red domes make for an incredible spectacle that is even taller than Uluru!
Throughout the flight, your friendly and experienced pilot will provide interesting commentary on the landscape and history, and you'll be able to gain a new appreciation for the sheer size, scale and vivid colours of the Aussie outback. - Sights of Kata Tjuta which is made up of 36 conglomerate rock domes the highest of which stands 198 meters taller than Uluru and dates back 500 million years
- AM and a PM flights depart daily, although exact flight times are not confirmed until after the booking as they can change with the sunrise times
- As an approximate the AM flight operates around 10.30am-12pm, but subject to change, and the PM flight operates between 2pm-3.30pm

Booked 30 minute
Booked 30 minute,$570 flight for 2x people. Crammed in with 4 other people in a Bell 206 L Long Ranger helicopter. (7 including pilot) No option for Robinson R44 or any other option offered. 11am flight. Very hot in back of helicopter, wife facing backwards felt sick! Good view and commentary of ONE side of Rock but never went behind rock. Quick fly over of the Olga's and then back to Airport. For comparison, we did Grand Canyon in USA for $200 extra, landed, had wine and bread rolls, took photos in/around chopper and Canyon floor and was almost 60 mins in the air. Somewhat disappointed. Landed to see Ayers Rock chopper company landing with "doors off" and 2-3 people hopping out. Maybe next time?
