Immerse yourself in the world of gin blending with a hands-on workshop in the heart of the Barossa Valley. Set inside a beautifully restored heritage schoolhouse on iconic Seppeltsfield Road, this 90-minute experience invites you to explore a diverse range of botanicals as you craft a gin that's uniquely your own.
Start with a tour of the schoolhouse and a G&T in hand before joining your resident Lab Professor for a guided tasting experience. Experiment with citrus, herbal and spice notes, refining your recipe until you've created the perfect blend. At the end of the session, bottle two 200ml gins complete with personalised labels, tasting notes and cocktail recipes to enjoy long after your Barossa visit.
