- Please allow approximately 45 minutes for the whole experience

- Participants must be over the age of 18
- There is a maximum of 10 guests per group
- It is recommended you arrive 10 minutes before your booking, as late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated for
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Please contact the cellar door direct via phone or email with any requested changes 48 hours prior to the day of the booking
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of the purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
