- Beanie, gloves and scarf (in winter)
- Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children under three attend free; parents are asked to ensure a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all guests
- Valid pensioner, health, seniors, and Australian or international student cards are accepted
- Free entry is available for companion cardholders and support workers
- Participants must present a valid concession card prior to the start of the tour
- Minimum of six participants or 10 on Fridays and weekends
- This experience is weather-dependent and may be cancelled if cloud cover prevents star visibility
- In the event of a weather cancellation, participants will be notified by email at 1pm on the day of tour
- This experience is wheelchair accessible
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Weather cancellations are eligible for a transfer credit or refund, less six percent service fees
