What you can expect
Step into the heart of Grafton for a behind-the-scenes look at Bunker Distillery, a working craft distillery producing award-winning Australian spirits. Wander through the heritage building as your host shares the distillery's story and how each spirit comes together, then settle in for a tasting from the range.
Once you've got a feel for the range, head to the signature 'Build a Bottle' station and choose your own spirit. Fill your bottle straight from the tank or barrel, cork it, heat-seal it and finish with your own personalised label to take home. Whether you're marking a special occasion or just keen to see spirits made up close, it's a fun and memorable way to bring home a taste of the Clarence Valley.

- Guided distillery tour and 'Build A Bottle' experience
- Customised bottle of spirit to take home
- This experience is 35 to 45 minutes in duration.
- This experience takes place at 170 North Street, Grafton, NSW 2460.
- Neat and tidy attire.
- Experiences will proceed as scheduled unless unforeseen circumstances make them unsafe or impossible to operate
- Participants should ensure their contact details are correct at the time of booking for any important updates
- Should an experience be cancelled or postponed, participants will be notified and provided with available alternatives
- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Minimum of two participants required
- Spectators welcome
- This experience operates in all weather conditions
- This experience is wheelchair accessible via a ramp
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience; refunds may be provided less any non-refundable booking or transaction fees
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
