- Please ensure you check in at Dock 3 at 5.30pm. Gates close at 5.50pm. Any arrivals after 5.50pm, will not be guaranteed and will be considered a no show.

- Please note the provider is unable to accommodate individuals who require mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers due to tidal effects on the ports gangways.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any other loss or costs you incur (for example, airfares not included in your Journey, insurance and visa expenses) if your Journey or particular Journey Services are cancelled for any reason.
