  • Minimum age is four years old
  • Maximum weight limit is 110kg
  • All participants must sign a risk waiver form, linked in the voucher upon purchase
  • Minimum of four participants required; rides may be rescheduled if minimum numbers are not met
  • In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
  • Infant (four years and under): must be seated on an adult’s lap; combined weight must not exceed 95kg
  • General fare (91–110kg): requires a private camel; double fare applies
  • Adult fare (up to 90kg): may share a camel if booked together
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
