- Itinerary, departure location and routes of flight may need to be varied, dependent on weather and operational conditions on the day
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- All rescheduling must be in writing by email to experience provider
- Cancellations are not permitted

- Changes permitted at least 72 hours notice with $50 rescheduling fee applies
- No shows or late arrivals will result in your booking being forfeited
