- Meeting point: Marina Mirage (74 SeaWorld Drive, Main Beach) in front of the RAY WHITE MARINE office
- We do recommend arriving early to secure a spot in the parking facilities
- Cruise may be cancelled or changed due to dangerous Weather & Sea conditions, for the safety of the passengers and crew. If cancellation occurs, passengers will be rebooked into a later date (they are welcome to then cancel their tickets for full refund)
- If no whale sightings occur during cruise, a free return trip shall be issued to all passengers
- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before departure without penalty.
- The payment is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the booking date.
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
