- This experience takes place at Suite 2, level 1, Piazza on the Boulevard, Surfers Paradise QLD
- We encourage guests to wear the famous Archie Brothers bowling shoes. They are conversation starters, offer instagram inspo, they’re fashionable and most importantly add to the fun! If you prefer, you can wear your own shoes as long as they're deemed safe and appropriate. (Closed toe and flat soled e.g. trainers, sneakers, boat shoe)
- Reservations are required. Please follow the booking instructions on your voucher to book online and select a date
- The vouchers can only be redeemed online, they cannot be used in person or for walk-ins
- The vouchers are valid for online redemption until the specific expiry date. Any unredeemed, unused vouchers past the expiry date will be forfeited
- Vouchers are valid on the specific activity listed on the voucher, from Monday to Sunday at any time at all locations in Australia
- Each unique voucher code can only be used once. It cannot be used with other promotions and discount codes including the Family Deal
- These unique codes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Management reserves the right to refuse entry. Please check our house rules and minors’ policy on our website
- We do not allow outside food into our venue
- The card is yours to keep, so you can use the credit on it next time if you don't use it all in one visit
- Your credit and tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of the last time you used it. Credit on games cards is non-refundable
- Please note: at Archie Brothers Surfers Paradise we do not allow minors or under 18's in this venue after 9pm Sunday - Thursday and 8pm Friday - Saturday
- While unaccompanied minors and under 18's are permitted at Archie Brothers Surfers Paradise until the listed times, we request that pre-teens and younger children are accompanied by a responsible adult
- To change a booking, you can do so by calling our concierge team at least 24 hours prior to the booking, and is subject to availability and price
- You will not incur additional charges for the changed booking
- No refunds will be given for a change of mind. This includes partial or full refunds
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
- Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
