Come along for a 2.5 hour Gold Coast Crab Catching Cruise on the Tweed River and learn how to catch a crab. This tour is a great way to experience the Australian lifestyle. Learn how to trap crabs, get in the water to pump for yabbies and feed the friendly pelicans and fish. All equipment, fishing rods and bait is supplied for a fun day out on the water. The tour includes an oyster presentation and tour.. After the cruise, the tour moves onto the oyster farm for an oyster presentation. If you like what you see, you can purchase some fresh oysters and have them freshly prepared for you at the lakeside restaurant where you will have lunch and enjoy a seafood platter after the morning cruise. This catch a crab cruise is suitable for all ages and is an enjoyable day out on the water for the entire family. Tours depart from the Birds Bay Oyster Farm at 9:30am and return at 12.00pm.
