- Minimum recommended age is 10 years old
- Minimum of two and maximum of six participants
- Excessive physical force is not required to complete the experience, please refrain from breaking or dismantling props in the room
- Mobile phones, cameras, and recording devices are not permitted during this experience
- Lockers are available to store personal belongings
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in venue closure, participants will be offered an alternative time or a full refund
- Spectators are not permitted
- The experience provider will issue a voucher via email within 24 hours that will be used to book your preferred session through the providers website
