What you can expect
Explore Sandbox VR and prepare for a 40-minute adventure unlike anything else. Upon arrival, you and your group will be fitted with cutting-edge gear, including headsets, haptic vests, and motion trackers that respond to every move. Once suited up, you’ll enter the Holodeck arena and choose your mission: Amber Sky 2088, Deadwood Mansion, Deadwood Valley, Deadwood PHOBIA, Seekers of the Shard: Dragonfire, Curse of Davy Jones, or Unbound Fighting League.
With seven blockbuster worlds to choose from, every experience delivers action and full-body immersion that makes you feel like the hero of your own movie. After the 40-minute adventure, you’ll get to relive the highlights with a post-session video and celebrate with a drink at the on-site licensed bar. Sandbox VR is the ultimate way to share thrills and laughter, with top-tier VR tech and a fully interactive experience.

- Please arrive 15–30 minutes before your session for check-in and briefing.

- This experience is 40 minutes in duration.
- This experience is located at Level 1, Shop 11–13 Cavill Lane, 3113 Surfers Paradise Blvd.
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Comfortable and lightweight clothing
- Minimum height of 120cm for motion capture detection
- Minimum two and maximum six participants per booking
- Not recommended for pregnant guests or those with heart conditions
- Parent or legal guardians must sign a waiver for children under 18 years old
- Late arrivals beyond five minutes incur a $50 fee, and the booking will be converted to a voucher
- Spectator viewing is limited; guests may wait at the bar area during the experience
- Paid parking is available at the Cavill Lane Hilton Complex
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
