  • Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
  • Free guest pick-up available on request (limited to select Gold Coast locations)
  • All guests must complete a safety briefing and digital waiver prior to departure
  • Roadside parking available
  • In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
  • For motion sickness, take tablets 30 minutes before departure (and optionally the night before); avoid heavy meals, stay hydrated, and bring water
  • Whale sightings are guaranteed; in the unlikely event that no whales are spotted, a complimentary return trip will be offered

  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
