- Surfers Paradise to Sea World departures: 9.15am, 10.15am, 11.15am, 12.15pm, 1.15pm.

- Ferry trips approx 45mins
- Sea World operating hours are 10am to 5pm and from 1.30pm to 5pm on ANZAC Day (25 April) and closed Christmas Day
- This experience takes place at Sea World Drive, Main Beach on Australia's Gold Coast

- Present your voucher to the Hopo Ferry skipper at any of the Hopo Ferry stops (Surfers Paradise, HOTA, Marina Mirage, Broadwater Parklands & Sea World) for your ride to Sea World.
- The Sea World entry ticket will be provided when you arrive at the Sea World Cruise terminal by presenting your voucher to the check-in staff.
- Bookings are not required and seats on the ferry are granted on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment
- Ferry and all piers are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps and wheelchair friendly areas
- Prams, bicycles, surfboards and other sports equipment are welcome to be taken on board the ferry
- Ferry concession rate is valid for holders of current Pension Card or Student Card (card must be shown)
- The ferry ticket will be validated on the day of the journey by crew members and is valid for one calendar day only and lost tickets cannot be replaced
- Sea World rides and attractions are subject to change to enable maintenance and some rides and attractions will not operate during inclement weather conditions
- Queue lines may close earlier to allow attractions to finish in line with Sea World closing times
- For Sea World if you have a Companion Card: One free entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile)when you visit for your ticket
- For Sea World if you have a Carers Card: One discounted entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) when you visit, and you can purchase a ticket at a discounted rate
- Sea World entry ticket is non-refundable

- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour
