- You are required to book with INFINITY at least 24 hours in advance for wheelchair access. INFINITY's contact number will be printed on your voucher
- If special effects lighting, sound, dark confined spaces or illusions of height and depth cause you concern, please make further enquiries before purchasing admission. Alternatively please see all entry and safety conditions here
- If uneven and unstable floors in some areas might affect you, please make further enquiries before entry
- You must not enter INFINITY if you have consumed alcohol or drugs
- INFINITY is not recommended for children under 8 years or for anyone with an unusual fear of darkness
- Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by an adult/carer who accepts responsibility for their care, safety and conduct
- Prams and children in backpacks cannot be admitted. Babies carried in forward carrying slings will only be admitted at parent’s risk. We don't recommend entering with a baby or toddler. Children must be able to walk through unassisted
- Parents with young children who feel threatened by the dark or unknown: Does your child have an unusual fear of the dark? In some of Infinity’s environments, the special effects require a very low level of light. A small percentage of young children and some adults may feel anxious under these conditions. INFINITY is a series of fun environments. Although there is nothing in INFINITY that is designed to frighten (e.g. nothing jumps out or grabs you) some people may feel dismayed due to the ‘unknown’. In the Mystery Zone (only one of 20 zones) patrons use their sense of touch to feel their way under very low light effects. If you think that you or your child might be adversely affected you should refrain from entering or purchase a glow stick on entry. Please make sure you watch and explain the safety instruction in the video you will before entry. Ask for more information if you have any doubts.

Amazing Time had by all at Infinity in Surfers Paradise
Went here with my two boys and I had such a good time! Walking around all the different rooms exploring and having the best time. A room was individualised to what the theme was, from strobe lights to glow-in-the-dark paint to the bouncy room - It was all just amazing.

Girls loved the diversity of senses experienced by this activity
Really pleased with this experience. Doesn't take long but the cost is reflected. We all had fun, however. Would recommend to all ages. The staff were very friendly and we should have listened to their advice about taking it slow. Our photo was not great as my arm was cut off.

Lots of fun to be had here and it keeps you on your toes.
Such a fun place to visit. Gets all your senses working. Lots of different rooms to walk through. Some are with mirrors or lights, some are dark and have to feel your way around to find out where to go next. My son found some parts scary but overall highly recommend.
