What you can expect
Cruise the canals of Surfers Paradise on a private gondola for 90 minutes, with a skipper at the helm and the whole boat to yourselves. You will be welcomed aboard on a red carpet, then settle into a plush cabin with a bottle of sparkling wine or premium pre mixed drinks to open as you push off from the marina.
From there it is a slow loop past the waterfront homes that line the canals, with the Surfers Paradise skyline rising above the palms and the water doing all the work. The cabin is weatherproof with clear drop down panels that close over in light rain, so the cruise runs comfortably whatever the coast throws at you. It suits couples, families and small groups equally well, and there is no dress code to think about. Paid parking sits at the marina and free street parking is a short walk away, so plan a few extra minutes either side.

- The gondola has a fixed weatherproof cabin with clear drop down panels and cruises operate in light rain
- Cruises do not operate in heavy rain, strong winds beyond operational limits or thunderstorms
- If weather conditions are unsuitable the experience provider will contact participants to discuss delaying or rescheduling
- Where a cruise must be cancelled due to extreme weather the experience provider will endeavour to make contact at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time
- There is no direct wheelchair access, though the experience provider can assist participants using wheelchairs to board and store the wheelchair on site
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
