What you can expect
Dive in board first and experience surfing on the world famous Surfers Paradise Beach with this fully guided lesson. You'll feel like a pro in no time as you're taught how to paddle, stand and balance to ride that wave back to shore. After a lesson on land you'll take to the waters to put your new skills into action and hopefully nail a few of those waves.
The lesson runs for a total of 2 hours and in that time you'll receive all of the necessary instructions to build up your confidence. All equipment is provided so all you will have to bring is yourself, swimwear, a towel and sunscreen. Lessons depart from the end of the Cavill mall twice a day at 10am and 2pm. - Hotel transfers - you will need to make your own way to the departure point in Cavill Ave, Surfers Paradise

- Surf lessons depart daily from the beach end of Cavill Mall, Surfers Paradise at 10am and 1pm. Departure times vary depending on the season
- Departure location is within easy walking distance of most major Surfers Paradise hotels, or a short walk from the Cavill Ave Light Rail Station
- The Paradise Centre, Shop 26a Cavill Mall, Surfers Paradise 4217. Directly next to Hungry Jacks Restaurant
- Children under 7 years old are not suitable for this activity. Child tickets are for ages 7-17yrs
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour

The surfing course is excellent
The surfing course is excellent. Coaches are patient and skillful. Taught us from beginning even though we were late. And helped me stand on the surf board a few times. Equipments are cool and suitable. It will be better if there is any remind for us to bring some waters, as surfing requires much energy. I'll try the course again when back to Melbourne. Awesome!
