Was a great experience. We saw lots of whales and the staff on board were very friendly. There was great information given about the whales from the onboard team, explaining what the whales were doing and what it meant. Also, there were sea sickness tablets on sale which was a nice touch in case they were needed.

Whale watching that departed from Surfers Paradise.
Was able to see many whales, was definitely a worthwhile experience. The departure destination I had chosen was not sailing so they called and arranged for me to join with a different department location. The water was very rough, causing many to become sick, but the crew handled it well.

Great experience, friendly staff. Got to see a few whales and their calves. Would of been nicer to have the option to have less ppl on the boat to be able to get good photos as ppl flocked to where the whales were so it was hard to get that special photo.
Would do it again, but would like the option to have smaller numbers. It was great they had a option to beable to purchase your photos from boarding and had the option of the whales that we seen to purchase those professional prints. was happy that the kids got a gift bag

Great day out unfortunately the trip from Surfers Paradise was cancelled but I was contacted the day before and transferred to the Sea World cruise and caught an UBER which will be credited to me
Great cruise with the Sea World boat. Happy with the sightings particularly seeing a mother and newborn calf which was a bonus. We also saw a few breaches from a juvenile show off. The crew were very caring and made sure that everyone was having a good experience.

Amazing tour with a superb whale watching experience!
A perfect whale watching tour!! We had three whales flirting with our boat for 30 mins! It was just spectacular! The crew was amazing! We departed from surfers and through the canals was great too. Lots of funny and cool information about the houses etc. The crew was super knowledgable and helpful! Was one of the best experiences!

This was a lot of fun!! 😁 We went with our kids, 12, 8 and 5yrs… there are rooms that are very dark but I just held on to my youngest and she was ok. A couple of the rooms had us searching for ages for the door! 🤪 It was a great family activity, loved it! 👍🏼 But definitely consider if any younger children will be too afraid of pitch black rooms with very little lighting! Highly recommend for those that wont be bothered by that! 👌🏼 Booking through Experience Oz was simple and offered a discount. I showed the QR code and got the entry ticket with ease. They also securely store your bag whilst you go in. You can’t take any photos inside the maze.

We booked through Experience Oz for a whale watching tour departing Surfers Paradise. I rang a couple of days earlier to confirm and was advised we would likely be moved to a tour departing from Sea World due to lower numbers (30June). That was fine, but it was good to know in advance so I could arrange our transport there. The cruise itself was great. The staff were excellent and the commentary was really informative and easily understood. Highly recommend taking motion sickness tablets although it didn’t stop me once my 5yo started!! The whales came up very close to the boat… really majestic creatures! The tour is just the right length for those of us who don’t have great sea legs!

All perfect, I really enjoyed the experience with my friends, the crew was excellent, the customer service was incredible because in the end 2 friends couldn't come with us to the trip and we asked for a refund without any problem, we could see the whales, it was really awesome, 100% recommended.

Great for kids
Great for kids, a whole family day out. Comfy boat, with plenty of viewing space. Fun and informative commentary, with generous time to spot and view whales. Staff were excellent, friendly and polite. Amazing experience would absolutely go on again.
