- This experience operates Monday to Saturday 10:00am and 4:00pm.
- The duration of experience is approximately 75 minutes.

- Bring or wear: Comfortable footwear and hat for the vineyard tour.
- Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Children can accompany participants
- Leashed pets are allowed
- Changes in participants are permitted provided they are also over 18 years of age
- This is experience is not suitable for spectators
- In the event of inclement weather, the vineyard tour will be replaced by video and pictorial presentations
- The cellar door is wheelchair accessible. The vineyard is grassed and on a slight grade close to the cellar door this is moderately accessible depending on features of wheelchair (seeking further advice from operator is advised)
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
