Immerse yourself in the world of muscat blending at Stanton & Killeen Winery, a family-owned winery in Rutherglen, crafting fortified wines across seven generations. Begin with a guided tour through the original heritage winery, passing rows of fortified casks before settling in to taste your way through the Rutherglen Muscat classification, from Classic through to Grand and Rare styles.
Put your new tasting knowledge into practice by blending your own muscat, experimenting with different ratios across four distinct parcels until you create a blend that's uniquely yours. Once you're happy with your creation, the team will bottle it into a 500ml bottle with a custom label, yours to take home and share, or keep entirely to yourself. It's a hands-on way to explore Rutherglen's famous fortified wine tradition.

- This experience is two hours in duration.
- This experience takes place at Stanton & Killeen Wines, 440 Jacks Road, Rutherglen, VIC 3685.
- Enclosed shoes.
- Minimum of two and maximum of six participants per session
- Bookings may be rescheduled; changes made within 24 hours incur a $75 fee
- Enclosed footwear must be worn
- Participants must be 18 years and over, as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
