Guided by the winery's expert winemaking team, uncover the craft and heritage behind Rutherglen's world-renowned fortified wines. Then, try your hand at blending a batch of your own.
Experiment with different components until you've found the perfect balance of flavours, then take home a handcrafted 10-litre barrel of your custom-made fortified wine blend. Along the way, enjoy a gourmet lunch platter of local produce and extensive tastings, plus a private induction on how to store and care for your barrel so it keeps ageing beautifully at home. It's a rare opportunity to create, age and enjoy your own fortified wine from one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions.

- This is a half-day experience approximately four hours in duration.
- This experience takes place at Stanton & Killeen Wines, 440 Jacks Road, Rutherglen, VIC 3685.
- Enclosed shoes.
- Minimum of two and maximum of six participants per session
- Bookings may be rescheduled; changes made within 24 hours incur a $75 fee
- Enclosed footwear must be worn
- Participants must be 18 years and over, as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
