<more-info><ul><li> Clients who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are not eligible for any refund. </li><li> Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis and for genuine reasons only, e.g. If a booking is made initially through Kaikoura Kayaks website, then cancelled and subsequently rebooked through another website the original booking will stand and therefore can’t be refunded. </li><li> Kaikoura Kayaks reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather and sea conditions. Where Kaikoura Kayaks cancels a trip prior to departure, a full refund is available. Where a trip has commenced and is subsequently canceled, participants shall receive a 70% refund. </li></ul></more-info>
