What you can expect
Discover one of Australia's most spectacular hidden coastlines on this 3-hour guided ATV adventure to the remote Cape Kersaint. Follow your experienced guide through native bushland as you tackle a variety of exciting terrain, from winding tracks to more technical sections that add to the adventure.
With instruction provided throughout the tour, this experience is suitable for beginners while still delivering plenty of thrills for more confident riders. Your journey leads to Cape Kersaint, one of Australia's Top 100 surf beaches, where towering cliffs, turquoise waters and the wild Southern Ocean create an unforgettable backdrop.
With few visitors reaching this secluded stretch of coastline, you'll often have the beach almost entirely to yourself. Standing on the sand with nothing but the Southern Ocean between you and Antarctica is a truly incredible feeling.

What you need to know
- Three hours of ATV riding
- All equipment full-face helmets, goggles, gloves, wet weather gear
- Expert guidance and commentary
- Sightings of Kangaroo Islands wildlife
- Food and beverages
- Transportation to and from the venue
- Available daily at 10am or 1.30pm
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the experience start
- Allow 3 hours for the whole experience, this includes 2 hours on the quad bike
- This experience departs from 188 Jetty Rd, Vivonne Bay, SA 5223.
- Clothing appropriate for weather conditions on the day
- Long pants and enclosed footwear are required
- The price quoted is for one person and there are no minimum numbers. Tours generally operate tours with a guide and from one to six customers. Larger groups can be catered for by request and will have more guides.
- Tours operate in most weather conditions however during extreme conditions that may affect the safety of customers. As such staff reserve the right to reschedule your experience.
- Rocky terrain - not recommended for people with back issues.
- Minimum age 10 years
- Minimum height is 170cm
- Participants younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 18 years or over
- No experience necessary
- Riders must not be affected by drugs or alcohol on the day of the tour
- You will be required to provide credit card details as a security deposit prior to participating in the activity
- You will be required to complete a risk release form
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
