Climb aboard the historic Thomson Belle paddlewheeler for a four-hour sunset cruise in Longreach. As you float along the peaceful Thomson River, watch the setting sun splash the sky with rich outback colours while your skipper shares stories of the region’s history, wildlife and legendary characters. Keep your camera handy for stunning river reflections and unforgettable photo moments.
After the cruise, settle in beside a crackling campfire for a hearty two-course stockman’s dinner, complete with billy tea and warm damper drizzled in golden syrup. Enjoy bush poetry, outback storytelling and a spectacular sound and light show celebrating the adventures of Captain Starlight, all beneath a sky full of stars.
