  • Strictly no drinking prior to your session
  • Valid ID may be required
  • Bookings may be cancelled if Terms & Conditions are violated
  • Groups of one to three will have one lane allocated
  • Groups of four to six people will have two lanes allocated
  • Original booking terms and conditions will continue to apply to rescheduled bookings
  • Requests to transfer the date and time of your booking are subject to availability
  • Refunds will not be provided for no shows, these can be reissued as a credit or date transfer
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience​
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will incur the full session fee
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
