Enjoy a bespoke three-course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Renee Martillano, showcasing seasonal and locally sourced produce in a refined setting that captures the best of the city’s stunning skyline.

- This experience is 90 minutes in duration.
- This experience takes place at Eureka 89, 7 Riverside Quay, Southbank VIC 3006.
- Entrée: Hervey Bay scallop crudo with buttermilk, kaffir lime kosho and daikon, or heirloom beetroot with mille feuille, milk cheese and horseradish
- Main: Southern Ranges beef fillet with confit kipfler, mushroom and sauce bordelaise, or sugar loaf cabbage with kipfler mousseline, leek filaments and toasted nori, or Infinity Blue barramundi with confit leeks, bouillabaisse and radish salad
- Dessert: Caramelised apple parfait with berries, honey mousse and caramel, or a cheesemonger selection with seasonal chutney, lavosh and fruits
