- Limited Capacity – Bookings Essential
- While there is no additional charge to view the exhibition, session bookings are essential due to limited capacity. Secure your spot early to avoid missing out.

- The Australian Sports Museum is open daily from 10am-5pm except on MCG event days, explore the Museum at your leisure as there is no limited time with in the museum during opening hours

- Museum visitors are permitted to take non-commercial photographs within the National Sports Museum and MCC Museum
- Accessibility access is available in the Australian Sports Museum, with both lift and ramp access
- Cancellations in writing will be accepted up to seven days prior to the booking date, and payment will be refunded less a 10% deposit (if paid at the time of the booking).
- The Australian Sports Museum Limited will offer a refund or exchange of an admission ticket in the following events:
- a) if the Product is cancelled or rescheduled by the Australian Sports Museum Limited and/or the MCC (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled Product); or
- b) to the extent otherwise required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law).
- Australian Sports Museum Limited does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change in your personal circumstances.
- You must apply for a refund within two weeks of the notification that the Product has been cancelled or rescheduled. To apply for a refund, please email management at contactus@australiansportsmuseum.org.au. Within the email, the following must be included in order to meet the conditions for a refund: a) Name of the booking holder , b) Booking number , c) Proof of purchase
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
