- The pick up times are between 7:00 am to 8:00 am
- The tour returns to Melbourne at approximately 8:30 to 9:30 pm
- The duration of this experience is approximately 12 hours.
- This experience departs from select hotels within Melbourne City.
- If you are unfamiliar with the area, we suggest arriving at the pickup point 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

- Dress according to the weather (we recommend checking the weather app before your tour to pick the best outfit, but keep in mind that Melbourne's weather can be unpredictable. It’s a good idea to wear light clothing along with some warm layers just in case)

- The touring vehicles lack ramps, handrails or onboard storage space for mobility aids
- You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience.
- No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the experience start time.
- Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your experience, with no refunds or rebooking options available.
- Please note that a “cancellation” also includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
- All modifications (rebookings, cancellations, or refunds) must be made through the booking platform. The booking platform will inform the tour operator of any changes.
- Your pickup time may differ from the stated time on your voucher. The tour operator will contact you directly via email shortly after booking with your actual pickup time.
- All our tours are conducted in English however you can access tour information in other languages with the free Go West Tours App and your own headphones.

GREAT OCEAN ROAD TOUR with 12 Apostles and Loch Ard.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour from start to finish. Easy pick up, and the trip and driver were great. His knowledge of the tour and the area was exceptional. Even the weather did not deter the tour, as was a wet day. All in all, was an all round great day and would recommend to anyone.
Good tour, good guide and good quality time. Will be back again next trip.
