Completely underwhelming, misrepresented & expensive.
This was a complete waste of money. I'm a pensioner whom took his two grandchildren to Luna Park. On arrival, we were told that two of the main attractions were under maintenance and closed including the iconic Scenic Railway. This was not the case when I booked the tickets. Had I known I wouldn’t have booked. Such an expensive day $145 for 3 tickets with rides either too young for my 10 year old grandkids or too old for them. Then lunch was another $41 for a pie, a hotdog and a roll, plus 3 soft drinks. My grandkids were bored within an hour. Never again and I would not recommend this to anyone, it’s a rip off!
Paid for the Tickets and did not receive an email, helped out by phone support, But would be more impressed if I didn't get charged twice.
We arrived at the venue to find we had not received our email with the tickets. We clicked on the cart to finalise and was prompted to pay. We were charges again and still had no tickets. It took Half an hour for the phone help person, Jennifer, to solve the problem and supply the tickets. Jennifer was helpful and communicated well with us but seemed to be experiencing IT issues at her end. The refund for being charged twice will take 5-7 business days to be reversed. We did book through Oz Experience to avoid queues and to streamline getting into the venue and it resulted in a delay of over 45 minutes and being charged twice. Now we must wait and see if our refund comes. I would recommend just paying at the venue. Oz Experience need to have a better IT system, but their phone support seems to be OK.
