- Tour routes and itinerary are subject to change as the venues are in an active entertainment precinct
- Australian Open tours are not available mid-December to mid-February and various other dates due to events
- Melbourne weather is variable; it is recommended to check the weather forecast and dress appropriately
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider

- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
