Discover Melbourne from the clouds with a 90 minute cocktails and virtual reality experience for two at Melbourne Skydeck. Perched on Level 88 of the Eureka Tower, the Southern Hemisphere's highest observation deck offers sweeping views across the city, Port Phillip Bay and beyond. Settle in with a signature Bar 88 cocktail each and take in the spectacular panorama before heading into the Voyager Theatre for an immersive VR journey through 16 iconic Melbourne landmarks.
Seated in VR pod chairs, you and your guest are transported through the city's most celebrated experiences in a fully immersive virtual reality format. With no set booking times for the bar or the theatre, the experience unfolds entirely at your own pace, giving you the freedom to linger, sip and explore. Perfect for a date night, a special celebration or a memorable catch-up with a friend, high above the Melbourne skyline.

- Open daily from 12pm to 9pm, with last entry at 8.30pm (6 April 2026 to 1 November 2026)
- Open daily from 12pm to 10pm, with last entry at 9.30pm (2 November 2026 to 4 April 2027)
- Christmas Day (25 December 2026): open 12pm to 5pm, last entry 4.30pm
- New Year's Eve (31 December 2026): open 12pm to 5pm, last entry 4.30pm
- This experience is approximately 90 minutes in duration.
- This experience is located at Melbourne Skydeck, Riverside Quay, Southbank, VIC 3006.
- Participants must be 18 years and over as this experience involves alcohol; photo ID may be required
- Guests must book a date before arriving at Melbourne Skydeck
- Please bring your booking confirmation on the day; without it, entry to the Skydeck will not be permitted
- Wheelchair and pram friendly
- The VR experience cannot be booked for a specific time slot
- Table cannot be reserved in Bar 88
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- No shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
