- All cruises dock 15 min before finish time to allow passengers to get ready for safe disembarkation from the vessel
- Children are welcome on board
- Every person under 18yo must be accompanied by his/her legal guardian
- Parents must supervise their children at all times
- All children aged 0–12 years must have tickets (whether free or paid), and families bringing children should advise the provider to arrange these tickets.
- Experience provider reserve the right to deny any access for boarding the vessel to people under 18yo without a legal guardian, and no refunds will be given
- Experience provider is a licensed premises and no BYO alcohol is permitted

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- If you wish to cancel more than 7 days before the start of the event, we will refund 50% of the tickets costs
