Get hands-on with the ultimate whisky-making experience at Puss and Mew Distillery in Nunawading. Over five immersive hours, you'll work alongside expert distillers to explore every stage of production, from malting and milling through to fermenting and distilling, while helping craft a batch of whisky destined for maturation. Along the way, enjoy tastings of five Australian whiskies and a signature whisky cocktail as you discover the skill, science and craftsmanship behind every great drop.
Between sessions, refuel with generous charcuterie and cheese grazing boards, followed by a hearty feast of chicken ribs, calamari, pizzas, fries and more. Once your whisky has matured, you'll be invited back to sample your creation and receive first access to purchase a bottle at wholesale price. A truly memorable experience for any whisky enthusiast.
