- There is wheelchair-accessible parking right outside the terminal
- The nearby car park charge is $10 per hour; please allow 10 minutes to walk from the car park to the terminal
- There is a limited free parking area available at Deepwater Basin; 25 minutes to walk from here to the terminal
- In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
