What you can expect
Set sail from Sorrento on a five hour bay fishing charter across Port Phillip Bay, around 90 minutes from Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula. You will head out in a small group of up to 10 aboard a big 12.4m vessel with plenty of deck space, a warm cabin and an onboard toilet, so there is room to spread out and stay comfortable through the day.
An experienced local skipper reads the conditions and chooses the grounds fishing best on the day, working the productive inshore waters of the bay. Cast a line for snapper, whiting, squid, flathead and Australian salmon, with all the rods, reels, bait and tackle provided along with complimentary water and full safety gear. The crew is on hand throughout to lend a tip or a hand, making it a great day whether you are a first timer or a keen angler. At the end of the trip your catch is cleaned on board and filleted where time allows, so you can head home with fresh fish for the table.

- Spectators are not permitted.
- In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the experience provider and rescheduled.
- Participants with limited mobility or wheelchair requirements should contact the experience provider before booking to discuss suitability.
- No boarding under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol
- Participants must follow the skipper's safety instructions at all times
- A valid Victorian Recreational Fishing Licence is required for guests aged 18–69. You can purchase one online before your trip via the Victorian Fisheries Authority.
- After purchasing your voucher, simply contact us to book your trip. We'll work with you to find a date that suits you, subject to availability, while also ensuring conditions are right for the best fishing experience.
- Departure times are typically between 6:00–7:00 AM or 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, depending on the trip and conditions.
- Please note that vouchers are non-refundable.

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
