- The Captain’s Club experience starts at 8am
- The light and sound show starts at 6.30 pm, from May to August, with times varying by month
- Please allow a full day for this experience
- Guided tour is four hours in duration
- This experience takes place at the Qantas Founders Museum, Sir Hudson Fysh Drive, Longreach, QLD 4730.
- Closed-toe shoes.
- Senior pricing is available with a valid Aged Pension or Seniors Card
- Students must show a valid Student ID; minimum age of 12 years
- Participants aged between 12 and 17 must be accompanied by a paying guardian
- Closed-in shoes are compulsory
- All participants must complete an indemnity form
- The Captain’s Club experience is available Monday to Friday only
- This experience can be done over two days (tour on one and museum on the next) with prior arrangement
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
