Terms And Conditions
  • Hirer and nominated skipper must be over 21 years and provide a copy of a valid driver’s licence or passport
  • Skipper must remain sober, and hirer must remain under 0.05 blood alcohol content at all times
  • Smoking, fishing, beaching, and swimming are prohibited
  • No intoxicated guests or excessive alcohol are allowed on board
  • In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
