- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to tour time and show booking confirmation

- You must wear enclosed, flat shoes. Sports shoes or something comfortable with grip are recommended
- Wear light and comfortable clothes such as active wear or shorts/tracksuit pants and t-shirt/jumper depending on the weather
- Don't forget your sunglasses and to apply sunscreen to your face and hands
- Minimum age is 8 years
- Minimum height is 1.2 meters
- Minimum weight is 30kg
- Maximum weight limit is 134kg
- Blood-alcohol concentration must be under 0.05%
- All child bookings must be accompanied by a paid participating adult
- Participants should have a general level of fitness and be physically and medically fit to take part
- No specific training is required
- Parking is free on non-event days and spaces can be found at Marlee Loop and Camfield car parks
- If you have a disability, medical condition, over 75 years of age or pregnant, you must submit a medical form signed by your GP no later than 3 days prior to your tour. The medical form is available from the experience provider
- Does not operate on event days or public holidays
- Maximum of 14 participants
- Spectators cannot be accommodated
- This experience runs in all weather conditions. In cases of extreme weather such as very high winds or electrical storms, your experience may be postponed and rescheduled
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of the purchase, you can print the voucher and present it on the day of the experience
