- Self-drive will meet at Dart River Glenorchy base. Please arrive 15 mins prior to booked times. for check-in. We recommend allowing a minimum of 1 hour for the journey each way.
- Complimentary shuttle services depart from the Station Building Queenstown. Please arrive 15 mins prior to your booked time slot to allow time for check-in.

- Summer - Sunglasses, sun hat, sunscreen and warm outer layer recommended

- Minimum age 3 years. Infants 3 and 4 years old free with fare paying adults.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations more than 24 hours before the trip start time will get a full refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours will get no refund.
- If we cancel due to weather/insufficient numbers customers will also be issued with a full refund.
