- On all scenic flights, minimum numbers apply unless otherwise stated. Individual bookings may be combined if necessary to achieve minimum numbers. We carry a maximum of 6 passengers per aircraft within Civil Aviation Authority restrictions. For aircraft weight and balance purposes, please advise at the time of booking if any passenger exceeds 83kg (CAA standard weight)
- Helicopter flights are weather dependent
- Please note: between January and June, due to summer conditions such as snow cover changes exposing crevasses, you may not be able to land on a Glacier as the landing locations are limited. In such instances, you will always fly over the Glaciers, but there is no guarantee of a Glacier landing. Your pilot will choose the next best alternative, such as landing close to the Glacier or opting for an Alpine landing, either of which will have spectacular views.

- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee
