What you can expect
A whole lot of adventure is packed into this half day on this Queenstown canyoning tour. Enjoy 2 exhilarating hours of canyoning that will have you zip lining through ancient beech forest, abseiling waterfalls, plunging into natural pools and floating down narrow passageways. First timers are welcome with no prior experience needed and personalised assistance given from two guides on every trip. Choose your level of difficulty with canyoning tours suited for all abilities and explorers aged 12+. And when you are finished, warm up with hot showers and heated change rooms.
Get wet and wild on half day canyoning adventure with tours departing at 8.30am, 10.30am, 1pm and 3pm from the Adventure Centre in Queenstown.

- Our health and safety policy does not permit us to carry persons who:
- Are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Are pregnant
- Do not fit the equipment provided
- Weigh more than 120 kg (you may be required to be weighed prior to a trip departure)
- Have a medical or health condition(s) that may be affected by this activity
- Transport to and from the canyon
- Wet suits, boots, helmet and all the technical gear

- Tours depart at 8.30am and 1.00pm year round
- Please allow around 4 hours with 2 hours canyoning
- Adventure Centre - 39 Camp Street, Queenstown
- Please check in is 15 minutes prior to departure
- Swimwear and towel
- We also recommend you wear a thermal layer (polypro or merino)
- Our helmets have GoPro mounts if you would like to bring your own GoPro.
- Low season rates apply for 8:30am session (October/November only)
- The minimum age is 12, and children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- If you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, pregnant, do not fit the equipment provided, weigh more than 120 kg (you may be required to be weighed prior to a trip departure) have a medical or health condition(s) that may be affected by this activity
- Cancellation by customer OUTSIDE 24 hours of the trip departure time - FULL refund is due
- Cancellation by customer within 24 hours of the trip departure time - NO refund is due
- Cancellation by customer on the day of the scheduled activity/no shows - NO refund is due
- In the case of illness advised on the day of the scheduled activity, a doctors' note is required for a FULL refund.
- Cancellation before the start of the activity
- The operator can cancel the activity due to weather conditions, official measures, higher powers, safety or other factors which may make the activity difficult, dangerous or not possible.
- Discontinuation of the activity by the customer
- If the participant discontinues or leaves the activity before it is over, there is no refund and all other costs additionally incurred are the responsibility of the participant.
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
