What you can expect
Turn your dreams of flying into a reality and get airborne on this four flight indoor skydiving package in central Queenstown. Join the indoor skydiving experts at iFly for a safety and technique briefing before donning a bodysuit and stepping into the enormous wind tunnel. When given the nod, it’ll be your turn to lean into the tunnel and let the sheer power of the wind, lift you off your feet to float upon a smooth cushion of air. Try your hand at turns and twists over four indoor skydive flights each lasting for 60 seconds.
The airborne package includes pre-flight training, flight gear rental and one-on-one flight instruction provided for each flyer.

What you need to know

- Four flights per person, equivalent of 6 skydives from 12,000ft
- An accessible activity with a fully controlled, ultra-safe environment
- Safe for kids, exciting for teens, exhilarating for adults and realistic for skydivers
- Simply lean forward inside the giant glass tunnel and a column of air will lift you effortlessly into flight whilst guided by a qualified instructor
- The 365 degree glass tube and all-round viewing platform lets family and friends watch on
- 10.00am through to 6.00pm with flights scheduled every 20 minutes
- Check in is 30 minutes before flight time
- Indoor skydiving flights are 60 seconds each flight
- The whole experience takes approximately one hour
- This experience departs from iFLY Queenstown is located at 27 Brecon Street, Queenstown.
- Wear comfortable clothes (avoid collars and hoodies)
- Bring a pair of sneakers/trainers. If you don’t have shoes with laces, we’re happy to lend you some!
- __You can fly if you:__
- Do not weigh more than 125kg (275lbs). If you weigh between 114kg (250lbs) and 125kg (275lbs) please give us a call when you book, as some restrictions may apply
- Are age five or above (you must be able to comfortably wear one of our helmets)
- Are NOT pregnant
- Have NOT previously dislocated your shoulder
- Are NOT under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs
- Are NOT wearing a hard cast
- Have signed permission from a parent or guardian if under 18 yrs of age. Flyers under 18 yrs of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (over 18 yrs of age) on the day of flight. The parent / guardian will be required to provide a signature, as well as attend the classroom briefing
- Have signed our waiver
- Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour
- Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this experience
