What you can expect
Short on time but still want to experience the best of Queenstown’s wine country? The Half Day Bike the Wineries Ride is the perfect afternoon adventure. Enjoy a relaxed ride through the stunning Gibbston Valley, visit award-winning cellar doors, and take in the views all without needing a full-day commitment.
Please note: From 1st May 2026 onwards, we will be shuttling you to The Church Cellar Door in the heart of the Gibbston Valley to start the ride, replacing our previous Arrow Junction start location, means you are right in the wineries, so more time to explore them!

Departure Location
- Please meet at our shop, 3 Searle Lane, Queenstown for the transfer to the starting point in Gibbston.
- Check in is required 10 minutes prior to departure time.

- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to consume alcohol
- Sturdy shoes are recommended
- Leggings, tights or shorts with a lightweight water/windproof jacket is recommended
- A reasonable level of fitness is recommended for this experience
- Approx. biking distance is 10 - 15 km, depending on how many wineries you visit
- Riders heights must be supplied at time of booking
- Wine tastings are not included

Cancellation Policy
- Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
- Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
- Late arrivals or no shows will result in you forfeiting your experience
