- This experience departs at 9:00am and 11:30am daily
- Please allow 20 minutes for this experience (50 minutes with Queenstown transfers included)
- This experience includes pick up from central Queenstown or meet at Heliworks Queenstown base, 64 Grant Road, Frankton.
- Wear sensible comfortable covered shoes
- Bring along or wear warm clothing, including a jacket
- Remember to bring your camera, sunscreen, sunglasses and insect repellent
- Participant changes are fine as long as the passengers are a similar weight
- Spectators are welcome wait and watch you flight take-off and land from the hangar
- Flights are weather dependent. Weather checks are to be made one hour prior to departure. If we cannot operate due to weather and as a result, passengers are unable to fly, no cancellation fees will apply
- There are wheelchair access and facilities
- Minimum passenger numbers apply
- Experience provider reserves the right to up-grade passengers or merge flights for operational reasons or flight management purposes if required
- Occasionally flight paths or landing locations may alter at the pilot’s discretion
- For the purpose of aircraft weight and balance and in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority rules and regulations, we require all passenger weights at the time of booking
- Please contact the provider an hour and a half prior to departure for a weather check.
- Minimum of two participants for flights to operate.
- Cancellations within 24 hours incur a 50% fee.
- No-shows are charged 100%.
- If we cannot operate due to weather and passengers are unable to fly as a result, no cancellation fees apply.
